會員計劃使用條款及細則
MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

歡迎閣下成為 (MALIN+GOETZ) 的會員，以下是有關此會員計劃 (“本計劃”) 和使用條款及細則 (“會員條款”) 的內容：Welcome to become a member of (MALIN+GOETZ). Below are details on our Membership Programme and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”):

  1. 此會員條款對本公司的所有會員均有約束力。成功註冊成為 (MALIN+GOETZ) 的會員後，申請人即同意接受會員條款的約束。This Terms of Use is binding on all (MALIN+GOETZ) members of this Company. Upon successful registration as a (MALIN+GOETZ) Member, the applicant agrees to accept the Terms of Use of this Membership Program. 
  1. 申請入會人士必須提交本計劃所需的真實及準確個人資料。本公司將保留絕對權利，不處理任何不完整或不準確的資料及/或拒絕接受任何會藉的申請，而毋須給予任何理由。Applicant must submit the required true and accurate personal information upon registering for this Membership Programme. Our Company reserves the absolute right to refuse and/or stop processing any applications without offering any reason.  
  1.  會員計劃僅適用於線下商店。Membership programme is only valid in offline stores.
會員計劃和獎勵積分計劃

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME & REWARD POINTS SCHEME

  1. 所有會員的會籍有效期為生效日期計12個月。The membership year for all Members (“you”) is calculated 12 months from the activation date. 
  1. 會員：當成功註冊，閣下將即時自動成為會員。Member Status: Upon success registration as a member, you will automatically be at “member” status in this Membership Programme. 
  1. insider會員： 成為會員後一年內累積消費滿HK$2,000，即可自動升級為insider會員。insider Member Status: you will be automatically upgraded to the insider Status when you accumulate HK$2,000 on spending within 12 months.
  1. VIP會員： 成為會員後一年內累積消費滿HK$4,000，即可自動升級為VIP會員。VIP Member Status: you will be upgraded automatically to the VIP Level when you accumulate HK$4,000 on spending within 12 months.
  1. 會員註冊時所提供的生日日期一經遞交後將不能作出更改，因為資料將於會員生日月優惠有關。 There will be no amendment to a Member’s birthday date and month once it is submitted during membership registration. This is because the information is related to the Birthday Month Offers. 
  1. 如需終止會員資格，請在(MALIN+GOETZ)香港網站上的聯繫表格中提交您的請求，並提供您的註冊姓名和手機號碼。會籍一經確認註銷，所有分數、電子券、禮遇及會員資料將被刪除並不獲補發或恢復。For membership termination, please submit your request via contact form on (MALIN+GOETZ) Hong Kong website with your registered name and mobile phone number. Once you confirmed on the termination, all Points, vouchers, privileges and member information will be deleted. There will be no reissuance or recover of your account.
  1. 會員每消費HK$1均可獲取1分，insider會員每消費HK$1均可獲取1.25分 ，VIP會員每消費HK$1均可獲取1.5分。消費以折扣後計算，分數不連小數點計算。Members will get 1 point for every HK$1 spent, insider members will get 1.25 points for every HK$1 spent, and VIP members will get 1.5 points for every HK$1 spent. The consumption is calculated after all discounts and without decimal point.
  1. 每次交易只可賺取積分一次。會員可隨時登入本計劃的手機應用程式查閱積分紀錄。Points can only be earned one time per transaction. Members can always check your Points balance history in the app. 
  1. 積分有效期為會籍生效日期計12個月。任何過期的積分將不獲延續或賠償。例如：2022年1 月1日成為會員，所有積分將於2022年12月31日到期及歸零。Points are valid for 12 months following the membership activation date. Expired Points will not be carried forward or be compensated. For example: for the membership activation date 1 January 2022, the Points earned will expire on 31 December 2022. 
  1. 若本公司懷疑會員積分是透過不誠實手段獲得，本公司將保留從有關的帳戶中扣除全部積分的最終決定權。Our Company reserves the right to deduct Points from the Members’ accounts if we suspect such Points are obtained through fraudulent or dishonest means. 
  1. 會員戶口內的積分紀錄將以本公司持有的紀錄為決定性證據。Records held by our Company shall be the conclusive evidence of the Points balance records in the Members’ accounts.  

以積分兌換優惠券

REDEEMING COUPONS WITH POINTS

  1. 透過本計劃賺取積分後，會員可使用有效的積分兌換有關的優惠 (以電子券形式於本會員手機應用程式內推送/顯示)。Members can redeem the related offers (pushed/shown in the form of digital vouchers in the App) with the Points earned in this Membership Programme.
  1. 使用電子券：會員必須於購物時向本公司的員工經本計劃的手機應用程式出示有關的電子券，以及於結帳時提供所註冊的會員電話方可享用有關優惠。Using e-voucher: to enjoy the related offers, Members must present to our staff the related e-voucher via the App, and provide the registered phone number (which is the Member’s Number) upon billing. 
  1. 任何過期的電子券將不獲延續或賠償。Expired e-vouchers will not be carried forward or be compensated. 
  1. 電子券於一經確認換領後將不可更改及退回，相關的積分亦將隨交易被扣除。Once the e-voucher is confirmed for redemption, it cannot be changed or returned, and the relevant points will be deducted along with the transaction.
  1. 電子券不可兌換現金、其他折扣，或與其他推廣優惠、折扣、優惠券、現金券同時使用（除特別註明外）。e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, other discounts, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, cash coupons (unless otherwise specified).
  1. 每項商品只可使用一張電子券。Only one e-coupon can be used per product.

其他條款

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. 如會員需將產品、服務或電子券退回，本公司作退款，所扣除的有關的積分將會於其帳戶中補發。本公司將保留對批准退款如否的最終決定權。If members need to return products, services or e-vouchers, the company will refund, and the relevant points deducted will be reissued in their accounts. The company reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to approve the refund or not.
  1. 若本公司懷疑任何會員濫用本計劃及/或包括但不限於其有關的積分計劃及優惠，本公司將保留終止會籍及/或撤銷優惠的最終權利。Our Company reserves the right to terminate and/or withdraw any Membership Accounts if we have suspicions on a Member exploiting the use of this Membership Programme and/or the related Points Scheme and offer privileges. 
  1. 本公司將保留最終權利： 包括但不限於隨時更改本計劃的結構、優惠、資訊、使用條款及細則等、以及終止本計劃。本公司將會儘量向會員提供最新資訊。如閣下已經成為會員，則視為接納本計劃的任何更改。本公司將不會為由這些更改所造成的失誤或損害負上任何責任。Our Company reserves the rights of final decisions on: Include but not limiting to changing the scheme of this Membership Programme, privileges, information, this Terms of Use, and to terminate this Membership Programme at any time. Our Company shall strive to inform our Members of any changes. Upon registering as a Member, you will be deemed as accepting any changes of this Membership Programme. Our Company will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting thereof. 
  1. 有關此會員計劃的查詢，請填寫我們香港網站上的聯繫表格與我們聯繫。For enquiries about this Membership Programme, please fill in the contact form on our official Hong Kong website.
  2. 有關本計劃的私隱政策及處理方法，請參閱《私穩政策》。For the handling of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy Statement for this Membership Programme. 
  1. 以上中文版的使用條款將只供參考，中文版本文義如有與英文版本有歧異，一概以英文版本為準。 The above Terms of Use in Chinese is for reference only. If there are context differences between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail. 
  1. 如有任何有關本會員計劃的爭議，本公司將保留最終決定權。In case of dispute, our Company reserves the right of final decision regarding the use this Membership Programme.
