(MALIN+GOETZ) shopping mechanics (May 19–31, 2023) – upon any purchases at (MALIN+GOETZ) ifc store or New Town Plaza Pop-up Store, customers are entitled to one time of instant lucky draw.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is valid from May 19 to 31, 2023 only (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. This promotion is only applicable at (MALIN+GOETZ) ifc store, New Town Plaza Pop-up Store (the “Specified MALIN +GOETZ Stores”).
  3. During the Promotion Period, upon any purchase at MALIN+GOETZ ifc mall, New Town Plaza Pop-up Store will entitle the customer to enter a lucky draw for a chance to win a prize on the transaction day in the specified MALIN+GOETZ Store where the transaction is made.
  4. The lucky draw in store is only available upon presentation of the original receipt for the Eligible Transaction and may only be used once.
  5. The prizes cannot be redeemed, returned, exchanged or refunded for cash.
  6. Prize list: a) SPF 30 high-protection sunscreen 5ml b) Cannabis edp 0.75ml vial+Rum edp 0.75ml vial c) eucalyptus Deodorant 5.1g d) 10% off shopping coupon. (min.$500 purchase). In the event that products are unavailable, we will substitute with similar item(s) of an equal or higher value.
  7. MALIN+GOETZ is not liable for lost, stolen, defaced, or damaged receipts for the Eligible Transaction and offer valid while stocks last.
  8. MALIN+GOETZ will not accept a photocopy or any form of copy of the receipts for the Eligible Transaction.
  9. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the products purchased in store in the Eligible Transaction cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  10. This promotion may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes whatsoever unless authorized by MALIN+GOETZ in writing.
  11. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  12. MALIN+GOETZ reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of the promotions without prior notice.
  13. In case of disputes, the decision of MALIN+GOETZ shall be final and binding.
  14. The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.
  15. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and any dispute shall be referred to Courts of Hong Kong SAR for settlement.
